Privacy Policy

LowPrio (“we”, “the app”) is a whiteboard and task-board application. This policy describes how we handle information when you use LowPrio at lowtek.games.

1. Information we use

• Google account. You sign in with Google. We use your Google identity only to let you access your boards and to read/write data in your Google Drive and Google Docs as described below. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Board data. Your boards (notes, cards, images, connections) are stored in your own Google Drive, in a folder named “LowPrio”, using Google Docs. That data is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and your Google account settings.
• In the browser. The app may keep your sign-in state and board selection in browser storage (e.g. local storage) so you don’t have to sign in again on the same device. We do not use this for tracking or advertising.

2. How we use it

We use the information above only to provide LowPrio: to authenticate you, to load and save your boards in your Google Drive/Docs, and to improve your experience (e.g. remembering your last board). We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising or for building profiles about you.

3. Google APIs

LowPrio uses Google Drive and Google Docs. Use of those services is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google API Terms of Service. When you use the app, we access Drive and Docs only to:

• Create and update folders and Google Docs that store your boards (including Kanban projects under your LowPrio/kanban area).
• Read that data when you open a board and save changes you make in the app.
• Archive a board or project when you choose Archive: we move its folder into an Archive subfolder in your Drive. The data stays in your account until you delete it or move it back.
• Permanently delete a board or project when you choose the trash icon and confirm: we call Google Drive to remove that folder and its Google Doc immediately. That deletion is permanent (it does not go to Google Drive’s Trash) and only happens when you explicitly confirm.

Removing a board from “shared with me” lists inside the app does not delete the owner’s files; it only updates a small list file in your Drive.

4. Data location and retention

Your board data lives in your Google account. You can remove it by archiving (data stays in Archive), by using in-app permanent delete (immediate removal of that board’s folder and doc), or by managing or deleting files directly in Google Drive (including deleting the whole “LowPrio” folder). We do not retain copies of your board content on our own servers beyond what is needed to serve the app from the hosting provider.

5. Your choices

You can stop using LowPrio at any time and revoke access in your Google Account permissions. That will prevent the app from accessing your Drive and Docs. You can also clear browser storage for this site to remove local sign-in state.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of LowPrio after changes means you accept the updated policy.
