These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use LowPrio (“the app”) at lowtek.games. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
LowPrio is a whiteboard and task-board tool that stores your boards in your own Google Drive using Google Docs. You must have a Google account and comply with Google’s Terms of Service when using Google sign-in and Google services. You are responsible for your use of the app and for keeping your Google account secure.

We may suspend or stop your access if we believe you have breached these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons.
You keep ownership of the content you create in LowPrio. By using the app, you give us the limited rights we need to provide the service (e.g. sending your board data to Google APIs so it can be saved in your Drive). Your content is stored in your Google account and is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.
Archive vs. delete. Archive moves a board or Kanban project into an Archive folder in your Drive; you can restore it from there. The trash control in the app (with confirmation) permanently deletes that board’s folder and Google Doc through Google Drive. That action cannot be undone through LowPrio. You are responsible for choosing the right action and for any data you permanently delete.
LowPrio is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, including data in your Google Drive—including data you remove using permanent delete—or for mistakes in how you use Archive vs. permanent delete; you are responsible for backing up your own data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of LowPrio. Our total liability for any claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the past 12 months (or zero if the app is free).
We may change these Terms or the app at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we change the Terms. Continued use of LowPrio after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding LowPrio. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term does not waive it.
