Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use LowPrio (“the app”) at lowtek.games. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the app

LowPrio is a whiteboard and task-board tool that stores your boards in your own Google Drive using Google Docs. You must have a Google account and comply with Google’s Terms of Service when using Google sign-in and Google services. You are responsible for your use of the app and for keeping your Google account secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LowPrio to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes copyright or other rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, our systems, or other users’ accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its hosting.

We may suspend or stop your access if we believe you have breached these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in LowPrio. By using the app, you give us the limited rights we need to provide the service (e.g. sending your board data to Google APIs so it can be saved in your Drive). Your content is stored in your Google account and is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.

4. “As is” and disclaimers

LowPrio is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, including data in your Google Drive; you are responsible for backing up your own data.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of LowPrio. Our total liability for any claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the past 12 months (or zero if the app is free).

6. Changes

We may change these Terms or the app at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we change the Terms. Continued use of LowPrio after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.

7. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding LowPrio. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term does not waive it.
