The flea ruler Fleasar hosts an annual race where he offers a huge blood prize for the winner. The only thing is that no one has ever won it, as the winner has to beat Fleasar himself, and he is very hard to beat.
Help Henry and the fleadom fighters win it for the refu-fleas.
Tracks loop infinitely until the mode's goal condition is met.

- Up to 4 player local multiplayer racing
- Bank mode: collect and bank 50 blood before the other players
- Last man standing: play until only one player remains, and collect 50 blood to regain a life
- Most of the main characters from the FLEA! games are playable
- Infinitely looping tracks
History
FLEARUN! was originally made for the NES in 2026 and is inspired by Ally's love of on-foot racing games.
It joins FLEA!, FLEA!2 and Tapeworm Disco Puzzle in the FLEA! universe, all of which have appeared on Evercade's Indie Heroes cartridges.
